1. What is a Phonio refurbished phone?
At Phonio, a refurbished phone is a high-end device restored to like-new condition.
Each device undergoes a rigorous point-by-point inspection (battery, screen, camera, network, Wi-Fi, speakers, etc.), is fully reset, cleaned, and prepared to be ready for use as soon as it arrives.
2. What warranty does Phonio offer?
All our phones are covered by a 12-month warranty against technical issues (excluding accidental damage, drops, and liquid damage).
You also have 30 days to return your device if you are not satisfied, in accordance with our return policy.
3. Are the phones unlocked, and which carriers do they work with?
Yes, all our devices are fully unlocked.
They work with all carriers in Canada and worldwide, provided the carrier uses frequency bands and network technology compatible with the selected model.
4. What is the cosmetic condition of the devices?
We categorize our phones by cosmetic grade (Excellent, Very Good, Good).
Regardless of the grade, every device is 100% functional: the difference lies solely in visible signs of wear, such as more or less noticeable micro-scratches on the screen or casing.
5. How does delivery work?
Delivery is free everywhere in Canada. Orders are dispatched quickly from Canada, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your address. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
6. Which payment methods are available on Phonio.ca?
On Phonio.ca, you can pay securely using credit or debit cards, and depending on available options, through online payment solutions (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
All prices are in Canadian dollars, with applicable taxes calculated at checkout.
